【摘要】 目的探讨血清CEA、CA199、CA724联合检测在胃癌中的诊断价值。方法采用电化学发光法对113例胃癌患者进行血清CEA、CA199、CA724测定,并与62例良性病变者和60名健康人作对照分析。结果胃癌组血清CEA、CA199、CA724含量分别为(59.6±31.1)U/ml、(103.7±34.2)U/ml和(41.5±19.3)U/ml,阳性率分别为51.3%、43.4%和50.4%,均显著高于良性病变组和正常对照组(P均<0.01)。三项指标联合检测可明显提高胃癌诊断的敏感性和准确性(P均<0.05)。结论血清CEA、CA199、CA724联合检测对胃癌的诊断具有一定的临床价值,可作为胃癌的辅助诊断指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CAE, CA199 and CA724 in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Serum levels of CAE, CA199 and CA724 (113 patients with gastric cancer, 62 patients with benign gastrosia and 60 control subjects) were measured by the ELC method. Results Serum level of CEA, CA199 and CA724 in patients with gastric cancer was (59.6±31.1)U/ ml, (103.7±34.2)U/ ml and (41.5±19.3)U/ ml, respectively. The positive rate of CEA, CA199 and CA724 was 51.3%, 43.4% and 50.4%, respectively. The values were higher than the benign group and the control group (P<0.01). Combined detection of CAE, CA199 and CA724 can significantly improve the sensitivity and accuracy of gastric cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CAE, CA199 and CA724 could be used as an additional parameter for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
