深圳市龙岗区吸毒人群HIV、梅毒及HCV感染与相关高危行为分析

【摘要】 目的了解深圳市龙岗区吸毒人群HIV、梅毒及HCV感染状况及影响因素,为制订预防措施提供依据。方法收集2010年深圳市龙岗区某戒毒所410名吸毒者静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)进行HIV抗体和HCV抗体检测、梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)初筛检测,梅毒阳性者用梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集确证试验(TP2PA)进一步确证,HIV-1确证实验用蛋白印迹法,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 410名吸毒人群中HIV抗体阳性10例,阳性率为2.4%;梅毒抗体阳性72例,阳性率为17.6%;HCV抗体阳性186例阳性率为45.4%。HIV合并HCV感染10例,占2.4%;HCV合并梅毒感染34例,占8.3%;HIV合并HCV和梅毒感染4例,占1.0%。结论吸毒人群中梅毒和HCV感染率较高,而HIV感染率尚较低,今后加强对吸毒人群的行为干预非常重要。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infection status of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis and hepatitis C virus (HCV)and its influencing factors among drug users in Longgang district of Shenzhen, and provide the basis for formulating the preventive measures. Methods Blood samples were collected from 410 drug users from the compulsory drug addiction treatment centers in Longgang district of Shenzhen city. ELISA was used for HIV and HCV antibody screening test and TRUST was used for syphilis antibody screening test. Syphilis positive cases were confirmed by TP2PA while HIV positive cases were confirmed by protein imprinting method. Results Positive rates of HIV,syphilis and HCV were 2.44% (10/410),17.56%(72/410) and 45.37% (186/410), respectively. The super infection rates of HIV with HCV,HCV with syphilis, and HIV with syphilis and HCV were 2.44% (10/410), 8.29% (34/410) and 0.98% (4/410),respectively. Conclusion The infection rates of HIV,syphilis and HCV showed to be high and the infection rates of HIV is low among drug users in Shenzhen,so enhanced intervention to drug users should be important in the future.
