【摘要】 目的研究特异性免疫治疗对特应性皮炎患者血清白介素-4的影响。方法在符合特应性皮炎诊断的43例患者进行气传变应原皮内试验及外周血嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)、血清总IgE(TIgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平检测,对血清IL-4高于正常且皮试结果(++)及以上的31例患者进行皮下注射特异性免疫治疗,并于特异性免疫治疗后1年及2年后再进行血清IL-4检测,对患者在治疗前后及不同治疗阶段血清IL-4值进行比较。结果 AD患者在特异性免疫治疗前表现为血清高IL-4值(429.19±79.04)pg/L,经过1～2年的特异性免疫治疗后IL-4水平分别降低为(167.09±52.90)pg/L和(101.46±44.15)pg/L。治疗前、治疗1年后与2年后IL-4值比较差异有统计学意义(F=254.32和F=454.23,P均<0.01) 结论特异性免疫治疗可降低AD患者血清IL-4水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the impact of specific immunotherapy(SIT) on IL-4 levels in atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods The 43 patients with atopic dermatitis diagnosed by using airborne allergen test,original intradermal test and detection of peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS),serum total IgE(TIgE),serum interleukin-4(IL-4).The 31 cases with serum IL-4 levels higher than normal and the skin test results(++),were treated with subcutaneous injection of specific immunotherapy.The serum IL-4 levels before treatment,a yer after treatment and 2 years after treatment were tested and compared.Results The serum IL-4 levels in the ptients before treatment with STI,a year after treatment with STI and 2 years after treatment were 429.19±79.04)pg/L,(167.09±52.90)pg/L and(101.46±44.15)pg/L,all showing significant statistical diferences((F=254.32 and F=454.23,P<0.01).Conclusion Specific immunotherapy can reduce the levels of IL-4 of AD patients.更多还原
