茶树菇水煎液对糖尿病肾病模型小鼠肾功能的影响

【摘要】 目的研究茶树菇水煎液对糖尿病肾病模型小肾功能的影响。方法给KM小鼠腹腔注射150mg/kg链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)造成糖尿病肾病小鼠模型。模型小鼠按空腹血糖随机分为4组,分别是模型对照组、茶树菇水煎液低、中、高剂量组,另设一个正常对照组。试验结束测定各组小鼠的血清尿素氮、血清肌酐含量。结果给药6周后,4组糖尿病肾病模型小鼠血清尿素氮、血清肌酐均比正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01),茶树菇水煎液高剂量组血清尿素氮含量均值为4.9mmol/L,显著低于模型对照组均值(P<0.05),茶树菇水煎液高剂量组血清肌酐含量均值为46.7mmol/L,显著低于模型对照组均值(P<0.05)。结论茶树菇水煎液能降低糖尿病肾病小鼠血清尿素氮和血清肌酐含量,对糖尿病肾病小鼠肾功能具有一定的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Agrocybe aegerita decoction on renal function in diabetic nephropathy mice.Methods KM mice were induced for diabetes by peritoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ) 150mg/kg.Themodel mice were divided into 4 groups,such as model control group,low,middle and high dosage group of Agrocybe aegerita decoction.A normal control group was set up.Different doses of Agrocybe aegerita decoction were separately administered to mice for 6 weeks.Serum urea and creatinine in all mice were detected.Results The content of serum BUN and serum creatinine in 4 groups of diabetic nephropathy mice were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01) 6 weeks later.The average serum BUN in high dose of Agrocybe aegerita decoction was 4.9mmol/L,it was significantly lower than that of model control(P<0.05).The average serum creatinine in high dose group was 46.7mmol/L,significantly lower than that of model control(P<0.05).Conclusion Agrocybe aegerita decoction can reduce the levels of serum BUN and serum creatinine in diabetic nephropathy mice,thus it can also protect the renal function of diabetic nephropathy mice.
