【摘要】 目的了解医学院大学生手淫的相关因素及手淫对生理健康的影响。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对某医学院高年级在校男生500人进行自填式问卷调查。结果63.5%(305例)的调查对象有手淫行为,其中5.2%的手淫者健康受危害。多因素logistic回归分析提示,独生子(OR=2.447,OR95%CI:1.591～3.858)、支持非婚性行为(OR=2.057,OR95%CI:1.233～3.432)、看黄色书刊或者视频(OR=3.688,OR95%CI:1.230～11.063)、经常性幻想(OR=2.406,OR95%CI:1.523～3.800)、经常为性苦恼者(OR=1.817,OR95%CI:1.163～2.838)手淫习惯率明显高于对应人群;认为手淫有害者(OR=0.217,OR95%CI:0.121～0.387)手淫习惯率明显低于对应人群。结论医学院高年级男大学生的手淫行为已经影响到生理健康,对大学生进行性健康教育,预防过度手淫对健康的伤害非常必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors of masturbation and the impact on the physical health among male seniors from medical college.Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among a total of 500 male senior medical students chosen by cluster sampling at a certain medical college.Results A total of 480 valid questionnaires were collected.305 participants(63.5%) had masturbation behavior.And 5.2% of them had their physical health impacted.Factors associated with masturbation were only child(OR=2.447,OR95%CI:1.591-3.858),supporting the premarital sex(OR=2.057,OR95%CI:1.233-3.432),reading pornographic books and watching pornographic video(OR=3.688,OR95%CI:1.230-11.063),sexual fantasy(OR=2.406,OR95%CI:1.523-3.800),being distressed for sex(OR=1.817,OR95%CI:1.163-2.838),and considering masturbation harmful(OR=0.217,OR95%CI:0.121-0.387).Conclusion Masturbation behavior has affected physical health of male seniors at medical college.Sexual health education be strengthened among male medical college students’ in order to prevent excessive masturbation from the health damage.更多还原
