【摘要】 目的研究P选择素预警对脑外伤脑梗死患者治疗效果的影响,为脑外伤脑梗死的防治提供参考。方法将近两年的脑外伤脑梗死患者随机分为两组,观察组利用P选择素进行脑梗死预警,即利用流式细胞仪测定脑外伤患者P选择素的水平,对水平较高的患者进行及时的脑梗死防治。对照组利用传统的CT诊断方式进行治疗。对两组患者的预后情况进行分析并利用统计学软件SPSS13.0进行差异分析。结果根据P选择素预警进行早期抗脑梗死治疗的患者生存率明显高于对照。结论 P选择素预警有利于对脑梗死患者的早期诊断,从而能在最佳时间内对患者采取防治措施,有利于患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment outcome of the cerebral infarction after cerebral trauma predicted by P selectins and provide a reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods The cerebral infqarction patients after cerebral trauma were divided into experiment group predicted by P-selctins and the control group predicted by the CT.The levels of the P-selectins were detected by the flow cytometer and the data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results Survival rate and quality in the experiment group were higher than that in the control group.Conclusion P-selectins is a good for ealy diagnosis of cerebral infarction and it is helpful for adopting preventive measure within optimal time and leading to a good prognosis.更多还原
