SL6装船机卷扬机构平台振动分析
Vibration Analysis of Huanghua port SL6 Ship Loader’boom luffing winch platform
【摘要】 为解决黄骅港SL6装船机卷扬机构平台振动问题,采用综合测试手段,对卷扬机传动系统扭矩、卷扬机平台振动、及相关设备动态特性进行了多参数现场测试。通过对现场测试数据的技术处理,对扭矩信号与平台振动信号进行了统计分析与时、频域变换,确定了被测信号的频谱特性,计算了主要零件的自振频率。通过载荷识别技术,找到了与平台振动故障密切相关的信号特征,发现了平台振动的主要原因,为解决平台振动问题提供了重要依据。
【Abstract】 To solve the vibration problem about Huanghua Port SL6 shiploader’s boom luffing winch platform,an integrated testing method is used to measuring boom luffing winch transmission system torque,boom luffing winch platform vibration,and dynamic behavior of related equipments.Through data processing technique,the statistical and time-domain to frequency-domain analysis are used to platforms vibration signals and torque signal,so the spectrum characteristics of measured signals are acquired.Through the load identification techniques,the signal characteristics closely related to the platform vibration are found out,and the main reasons of platform vibration are also got,which provide an important basis for solving platform vibration.
