鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜及显像系统下手术治疗20例喉部良性病变的疗效

【摘要】 目的:评价鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜及显像系统在声带息肉及会厌囊肿手术中的临床应用价值。方法:对声带息肉10例,声带囊肿5例,会厌囊肿5例患者,施行鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜及显像系统下切除病变组织。术后随访3个月～1年。对20例患者的临床资料及结果进行回顾性分析。结果:本组20例患者,术后有19例治愈,1例复发。治愈率为95%。临床效果显著,具有一定的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of treating polyp of vocal cord and epiglottic cyst with nasal endoscope comined with supporting laryngoscope under image display system.Methods:10 cases with polyp of vocal cord,5 cases with vocal cyst and 5 cases with epiglottic cyst were resected lesions with nasal endoscope comined with supporting laryngoscope under image display system.Clinical data and results of 20 cases were analyzed retrospectively after 3 months to 1 year followed-up period.Results:19 cases were cured and 1 case recurred.The cure rate was 95%.Conclusion The clinical effects are significant.The application of nasal endoscope comined with supporting laryngoscope under image display system is worth spreading.更多还原
