【摘要】 目的:研究用王氏肠减压法治疗自发性乙状结肠穿孔的临床效果。方法:对1990年9月至2012年2月期间我院收治的12例自发性乙状结肠穿孔患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们对这12例患者进行了王氏肠减压法(横结肠切开术)和乙状结肠穿孔部位Ⅰ期修补术。结果:这12例患者均痊愈出院。结论:用王氏肠减压法治疗自发性乙状结肠穿孔可使结肠、小肠得到充分减压,保证穿孔处的愈合,是一种简单、安全、有效的手术方式,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the operative methods of perforation of sigmoid.Methods We analysised surgical treatment of 22 cases of perforation of sigmoid that were treated from September 1990 to February 2012.12 cases of patieats were treated for transverse colotomy(wang-intestinal-depressure),the part of perforation of sigmoid was repaired Results 12 cases of patients were cured.Conclusion wangintestinal-depressure were fitted for treatment of perforation of sigmoid,it insured the cure of intestinal perforation,it depressed for pressure of colon or small intestine,it is the kind of operative method of simple safety.更多还原
