【摘要】 目的:探讨社会因素剖宫产及二次剖宫产对母婴预后及并发症的临床影响。方法:选取2006年1月一2011年1月我院妇产科收治的施行剖宫产的产妇101例作为研究对象,并将其临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果:在手术时间、子宫不全破裂,胎盘残留,尿潴留,出生体重、窒息率及生理性黄疸的出现率差异无显著性,P>0.05。在切口不愈合、晚期产后出血、产褥病率、湿肺发生率方面,对照组显著低于观察组,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:社会因素剖宫产与进行二次剖宫产手术的患者相比,在切口不愈合、晚期产后出血、产褥病率、新生儿湿肺发生率方面显著低于二次剖宫产术。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore clinical therapeutic effect of social factor and the second uterine-incision delivery to mother and infant prognosis and complication.METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed puerperal who were given uterine-incision delivery from January 2006 to 2011. There were 101 cases of social factor uterine-incision delivery and there were 88 cases of the second uterine-incision delivery . contrast maternal time of surgery , celiac accretion ,rupture of uterus , placenta embedding , wound healing , late postpartum hemorrhage , puerperal infection , Neonatal hemorrhage , hematocystis,newborn infant ,choker , wet lung and the rate of physiologic jaundice.RESULTS Thereno were significant differences of statistical significance(P>0.05) in the index of maternal time of surgery , celiac accretion , rupture of uterus , placenta embedding , newborn infant , choker , hematocystis ,the rate of physiologic jaundice . There were significant differences of statistical significance (P<0.05) in the index of wound healing , late postpartum hemorrhage , puerperal infection ,wet lung .CONCLUSIONS: There were significant differences of statistical significance (P<0.05) in the social factor and the second uterine-incision delivery to mother and infant .The index of wound healing , late postpartum hemorrhage , puerperal infection ,wet lung ?wasexceed than the second uterine- incision delivery .更多还原
