【Abstract】 This paper adopts the Holland Vocational Interest Scale as testing tool,uses BEI interview method as main research approach,builds the competency model of leaders school.The conclusions are as follows:Competency model of president level leaders is Enterprising(20～24 scores),Social(20～24 scores);Competency model of vice-president level leaders is Social(20～24 scores),Enterprising(20～24 scores),Inverstigative(18～24 scores);Competency model of middle-level leaders is Social(more than 18 scores),Enterprising(more than 18 scores),Conventional(more than 20 scores),Realistic(more than 15 scores).更多还原
