【摘要】 目的评价三维适形放疗同期联合同步GP方案治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法对资料完整的168例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行回顾性研究,其中单纯放疗83例,同步放化疗85例。放疗采用直线加速器6MV、15MV X线,剂量60～66gy/33次/7周。化疗采用吉西他滨(益非)+顺铂,在放疗第一周和第四周进行。结果随访3年。单纯放疗组1、3年生存率分别为62.7%和30.1%,放化疗组1、3年生存率分别为80%和40.7%。两组有显著差异P<0.01。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗可以提高局部控制率、提高生存率。两组毒副作用无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined synchronous GP scheme treatment from locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer effect and side-effect.Methods Data of the whole 168 patients with terminal NSCLC were retrospected,of which only 83 cases got radiation therapy,the chemoradiation was 85 cases.Radiation therapy USES the straight line accelerator 6 MV,15 MV X-ray,dose 60-66 gy / 33 times / 7 weeks.Chemotherapy using gemcitabine plus cisplatin,in the first week and around the radiotherapy.Results By 3 years of follow-up,survival rates of pure radiation therapy group were 62.7% and 30.1% respectively,radiation and chemotherapy group were 80% and 40.7% respectively.Two groups were significantly different P<0.01.Conclusions Advanced non-small-cell lung cancer chemoradiation can improve local control,improve survival.Side effects in two groups have no significant differences.更多还原
