【摘要】 目的探讨姜醋酒足浴疗法治疗难治性糖尿病足坏疽的疗效及其对医疗费用成本的影响。方法 126例难治性糖尿病足坏疽患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均在基础治疗及清创法治疗的基础上,观察组63例用姜醋酒足浴治疗,对照组63例用1/5 000呋喃西林溶液足浴治疗,观察两组患者疗效及医疗费用。结果两组疗效比较:观察组总有效率为87.3%,明显高于对照组65.1%(P=0.003);截肢率比较,观察组0例,明显低于对照组6例(9.52%,P=0.036);平均治愈天数比较:观察组平均(43±4)d治愈,对照组平均(52±5)d治愈,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);医疗费用比较:观察组平均(13680±6973)元,对照组平均(18563±9315)元,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。结论姜醋酒足浴疗法在综合治疗的基础上进行对症治疗,可显著提高难治性糖尿病足坏疽患者的治愈率、缩短住院天数、降低总医疗费用,值得临床推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical outcomes and medical cost of foot bath with ginger and vinegar and wine in the treatment of patients with refractory diabetic foot gangrene.Methods The study design was a randomized,controlled tria 1.126 patients with refractory diabetic foot gangrene were divided into observation group and control group.Foot bath with ginger and vinegar and wine were adopted in observation group and foot bath with 1:5000 furacilin solution were adopted in control group on the basis of basic treatment and debridement,and the clinical outcomes and medical cost were evaluated.Results Total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group significantly(P=0..003).Amputation rate in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group(P=0..036).The average cure duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P=0..025).The average medical cost in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.035).Conclusions Foot bath with ginger and vinegar and wine can ensure curative effect,reduce in-hospital days obviously,decrease the total medical cost in the treatment of patients with refractory diabetic foot gangrene,and worth to be promoted in clinical practice.更多还原
