【摘要】 目的评价应用ProTaper机用镍钛锉在根管治疗术中的临床疗效。方法选择患有各型牙髓炎及慢性根尖炎的磨牙283例,随机分为ProTaper机用锉组141颗牙和不锈钢K锉组142颗牙。分别使用ProTaper机用锉和不锈钢K锉进行根管预备后,一次性根管充填。观察其根管充填效果、一次性根管治疗术后1周的疼痛反应和1年后临床疗效。结果治疗后ProTaper机用锉组术后反应率较低,根管充填效果较好,但1年后临床疗效两组无明显差异。结论 ProTaper机用锉行一次性根管治疗术减少复诊次数,术后反应少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the ProTaper rotary nikel-titanium files in root canal therapy(RCT).Methods Two hundred and eighty-two molars teeth suffered from pulpitis or chronic apical periodontitis were divided into two groups randomly,which were instrumented by ProTaper rotary nikel-titanium files(141 teeth) and traditional stainless steel K-files(142 teeth) respectively.All teeth were treated with one step RCT.The obturation quality,the pain reaction in one week and the clinical effect after one year were observed.Results The group with ProTaper rotary nikel-titanium files was significantly lower rate of pain reaction in one week and better obturation quality than that of the group with stainless steel K-files after therapies.But the clinical effect after one year was not significantly different between two groups.Conclusions Compared with instrumentation by stainless steel K-files,instrumentation by ProTaper rotary nikel-titanium files is significantly lower pain reaction after therapies,less return visit times and more convenient.It is a recommended therapy method to do one step RCT by ProTaper rotary nikel-titanium files.更多还原
