【摘要】 目的探讨Roy适应模式在机械通气患者中的护理方法与效果。方法因呼吸障碍并应用机械通气患者60例采用便利抽样的方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者30名,对照组给予常规呼吸护理,而治疗组给予积极地Roy适应模式护理。结果两组的FEV1水平经过护理后,都有明显上升,但是治疗组上升幅度更大(P<0.05)。同时两组患者的ADL评分在护理后差异有明显显著(P<0.05),治疗组得分明显高于对照组。结论 Roy适应模式在机械通气患者中的护理应用能够有效提高肺功能与改善日常生活质量,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Roy Adaptation Model in mechanically ventilated patients. Methods 60 patients with disordered breathing and mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into treatment and control group,each group with 30 patients,control group received conventional respiratory care,treatment group received the the Roy Adaptation Model nursing. Results The level of both groups FEV1 after caring had increased significantly,but the treatment group increased even more sharply(P<0.05).ADL scores of the two groups had clearly significant(P<0.05) difference,treatment group scored significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusions The application of Roy,adaptation model of care in mechanically ventilated patients can effectively improve lung function and improve the quality of daily life,should be widely applied.更多还原
