【摘要】 目的探讨小儿支气管肺炎(非重症)实施临床路径管理的效果。方法对比、分析我院儿科实施支气管肺炎(非重症)临床路径管理前后在平均住院日、平均住院费用、药品比例、治愈率、患者满意度等方面的差异,并对实施过程中存在的问题进行分析。结果小儿支气管肺炎(非重症)实施临床路径管理前后平均住院日、平均住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施路径管理后药品比例降低,治愈率提高,患者满意度增加,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎(非重症)患者在实施临床路径管理后,诊疗过程更加规范,药品比例有所降低,患者满意度显著提高,值得各级医院广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the implementation of clinical pathway on children with bronchial pneumonia(not severe).Methods Data before and after the implementation of clinical pathway on children with bronchial pneumonia(not severe)were compared and analyzed,including average length of stay,average hospital costs,proportion of prescribed drugs,cure rate,patients’ satisfaction and other differences.Meanwhile,problems in the implementation process had been analyzed.Results There were no statistical significance in the average length of stay,average hospital costs before and after the implementation of clinical pathway on children with bronchial pneumonia(non-severe)(P>0.05);After the implementation of the clinical pathway,the proportion of drugs was reduced,the cure rate was improved and patients’ satisfaction was also increased.There had statistical significance(P<0.05) before and after the implementation of clinical pathway on children with bronchial pneumonia(not severe).Conclusions With the implementation of clinical pathway on patients with bronchial pneumonia(non-severe) in our pediatric department,the treatment process became more standardized,drug ratio was decreased and patients’ satisfaction was significantly increased.Therefore,clinical pathway of bronchial pneumonia is worthy to be widely promoted in hospitals at all levels.更多还原
