【摘要】 目的观察无创通气对呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果,总结护理经验。方法回顾分析35例使用无创通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者治疗前后临床症状及血气分析指标的变化。结果经无创通气治疗后,患者的临床症状及血气分析指标明显改善,与通气前相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论无创通气能有效改善呼吸衰竭患者的临床症状及血气分析指标,而细致周到的护理能提高患者对无创通气治疗的依从性,减少并发症的发生,确保患者顺利完成无创通气治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of treating respiratory failure patients with noninvasive ventilation,and summarize nursing experiences.Methods Reviewed and analyzed the clinical symptoms and the blood-gas analysis of 35 respiratory failure patients before and after noninvasive ventilation.Results After noninvasive ventilation,the clinical symptoms and the blood-gas analysis of patients remarkably improved.There was obvious difference comparing with those before noninvasive ventilation(P<0.05).Conclusions Noninvasive ventilation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the blood-gas analysis of patients with respiratory failure.Careful and thoughtful nursing can improve the patient comp1iance to noninvasive ventilation,reduce complications,and ensure successful operations of noninvasive ventilation.更多还原
