【摘要】 目的比较云南白药气雾剂及中药外敷治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效观察。方法治疗组采用云南白药气雾剂治疗,对照组采用中药局部外敷治疗,以7d为治疗疗程,分别观察两组患者疼痛、肿胀、功能活动情况。结果云南白药气雾剂治疗急性软组织损伤的治愈率为95%,对照组治愈率为87.5%,两组比较治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用云南白药气雾剂治疗急性软组织损伤止痛效果明显,疗效快,治疗效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury. Methods The treatment group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol,while the control group was treated by means of locally external applying traditional Chinese medicine,and 7 days was considered as a course of treatment.Under such conditions,some indicators such as pain,swelling and functional activities were observed. Results The cure rate of applying Yunnan Baiyao aerosol is 95%,while traditional Chinese medicine is 87.5%,and the different cure rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Yunnan Baiyao aerosol is a fast and remarkable curative pain killer for acute soft tissue injury.更多还原
