【摘要】 目的总结真菌性肺炎的CT表现,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析18例真菌性肺炎病人的CT图像资料及临床资料,观察病变的分布、形态、边界、密度、合并症等特点。所有病例经抗真菌治疗有效、支纤镜或穿刺活检、痰培养等途径得以证实。结果 17例累及双肺,仅1例病灶局限于右下肺;病变呈多发结节(13例)、团块(7例)、片状或斑片状影(15例)、肺叶或肺段实变(8例)、空洞(4例)、磨玻璃阴影(2例);8例合并双侧胸腔积液。结论真菌性肺炎的CT表现缺乏特征性,但免疫功能低下病人出现双肺多种形态病变混合存在时,应提示真菌感染的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the CT appearance of pulmonary mycosis and improve the knowledge about this disease.Methods CT findings and Clinical features of 18 cases pulmonary mycosis were retrospectively analyzed.Observing the distribution,shape,boundary,density and complications of the lesions.All the cases were confirmed through effective cases after antifungal therapy,branch of libero scope or biopsy,sputum culture.Results 17 cases involved bilateral lung.Only one case limited to right lower lung.The disease showed multiple nodulars(13),round mass(7),patchy shadows(15),pulmonary consolidation(8),cavities(3).Among of them 8 cases complicated bilateral pleural effusion.Conclusions CT findings of pulmonary mycosis lack typical signs.When variform lesions happen in both lungs of immune hypofunction patients,we should led to a diagnosis of pulmonary mycosis.更多还原
