【摘要】 目的探讨小剂量尿激酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UA)的临床效果。方法将我院UA患者60例随机分为两组,均行常规治疗,观察组接受小剂量尿激酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗,评估两者效果。结果观察组患者出血时间、凝血时间、凝血酶原时间、血小板计数及纤维蛋白原与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为70.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未见严重并发症。结论小剂量尿激酶联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛效果好,安全性高,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of little urokinase combined with low molecular heparinin in treating cases with unstable angina.Methods 60 cases with UA were divided into two groups.The two groups received normal treatment,and observation group received combined treatment of little urokinase and low molecular heparinin.Results The bleeding time,clotting time,prothrombin time,blood platelet count and fibrinogen in the observation group were same to control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate was higher control group(P<0.05).There was no severity complication in two groups.Conclusions The effect of little urokinase combined with low molecular heparinin in treating cases with unstable angina is obvious and the side effect is few.It is worth being used.更多还原
