【摘要】 目的:探讨食管癌组织中STAT3和p38的表达,及其在食管癌发生发展和预后中的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测STAT3和p38在89例食管癌组织及20例癌旁组织中的表达,并分析其与食管癌临床病理特征的联系。结果:STAT3和p38在食管癌组织中阳性率明显高于癌旁组织,P<0.05。STAT3和p38表达水平与患者的年龄、性别、组织类型及位置无关(P>0.05),而和组织分化程度呈负相关(r值分别为-0.395和-0.389,P值均<0.05),与淋巴结转移呈正相关,r值分别为0.242和0.249,P值均<0.05。两者在癌组织中的表达存在正相关关系,r=0.329,P=0.002。结论:STAT3和p38在食管癌的发生发展中起重要作用,并有助于判断恶性程度及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate STAT3 and p38 protein expressions in human esophageal carcinoma tissues,and analyze the clinical significance in development and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.METHODS: Immunohistochemical was used to determine the expression of STAT3 and p38 protein in 89 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of corresponding normal tissues.RESULTS: The expression of STAT3 and p38 protein in esophageal carcinoma cell were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal epithelium(P<0.05).The expression of the 2 proteins were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(r values were 0.242 and 0.249 respectively),and negatively correlated with degree of differentiation(r values were-0.395 and-0.389 respectively),but not with years,gender,types and site(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: The trial suggestes that stat3 and p38 play a critical role in the carcinogenesis of the esophagus and contribute to judge the malignancy degree and prognosis.更多还原
