【摘要】 目的:探讨氟尿嘧啶植入剂在进展期胃癌术中应用的价值。方法:回顾性分析手术治疗162例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料,其中98例患者术中应用氟尿嘧啶植入剂行腹腔化疗(腹腔化疗组)。其余64例患者未行腹腔化疗,设为对照组。结果:2组1年生存率皆为100%,腹腔化疗组2、3年生存分别为83.7%、73.5%,对照组分别为67.2%、57.8%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。2组在胃肠减压时间、总住院时间、切口感染和吻合口漏等方面差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:氟尿嘧啶植入剂术中化疗有助于提高进展期胃癌术后生存率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the value of fluorouracil implants in treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer.METHODS:The clinical data of 162 patients with advanced gastric cancer were analysed retropectively.There were 98 patients who received intraperitoneal chemotherapy by fluorouracil implants before closure of abdominal incision,and the other 64 patients who had no intraperitoneal chemotherapy were allotted as control group.RESULTS:The 1-,2-,3-year survival rate of intraperitoneal chemotherapy group was 100%,83.7%and 73.5%,respectively.The 1-,2-,3-year survival rate of control group was 100%,67.2%and 57.8%,respectively.There were significant differences on the 2-year and 3-year survival rate between intraperitoneal chemotherapy group and control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significant difference in duration of gastrointestinal decompression,hospital stay and incidence of the infectious incision and/or gastrointestinal anastomotic leakage(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Intraperitoneal chemotherapy by fluorouracil implants in the operation was valuable in improvement of post-operative survival rate for patients with advanced gastric cancer.更多还原
