肺癌组织Med19和Ki-67蛋白表达临床意义的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨肺癌组织中Med19蛋白表达的临床意义及其与Ki-67表达的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测56例肺癌患者肺组织Med19和Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果:癌旁组织Med19蛋白表达的阳性表达率为1.8%(1/56)。癌组织Med19蛋白表达强度明显增加,以细胞核着色为主,阳性表达率为80.4%(45/56)。癌组织Med19阳性率显著高于癌旁组织,提示Med19蛋白表达与肺癌发生有关,P<0.05。Med19蛋白表达与肺癌患者临床分期和淋巴结转移有关,P<0.05;但与年龄、性别、病理类型和组织分级无关,P>0.05。统计分析结果显示,癌组织Med19蛋白与Ki-67表达正相关,P=0.008。结论:Med19与Ki-67表达呈正相关。Med19与肺癌发生、发展和增殖有关,可能作为潜在癌基因在肺癌进展中起一定作用,有望成为一个新的肿瘤治疗靶点。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical significance of Med19 protein in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its relationship with Ki-67 expression.METHODS: By applying immunohistochemical method,56 cases of Med19 and Ki-67 protein expression from lung tissues of NSCLC patients were detected.RESULTS: There was hardly any Med19 protein expression in tissues around cancer tissues,the expression rate was 1.8%(1/56).By contrast,intensity of MED19 protein expression in cancer tissues increased significantly,mainly in cell nuclei coloring which indicated that Med19 protein expression was associated with lung tumorigenesis,and the expression rate was 80.4%(45/56).There was relationship among Med19 protein expression and clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).No correlation was found among Med19 protein expression and the other clinical pathology parameters,such as age,gender,pathological type and tissue stages(P>0.05).The expression of Med19 was positive correlated with the expression of Ki-67(P=0.008) CONCLUSION: Med19 may play an important role in progression of lung cancer as a potential oncogene and become a novel therapeutic target.
