【摘要】 目的:探讨舒适护理在初产妇分娩过程中的应用效果。方法:将380例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各190例,对照组采用传统常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理。观察比较两组产妇产程时间、分娩方式、分娩结局及满意度。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),胎儿窘迫及产后出血发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:舒适护理能缩短产程时间,促进自然分娩,提高分娩质量及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application effect of comfort nursing care in the process of delivery of primipara.Methods:380 primipara were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(190 primipara in each group).The conventional nursing care was taken in the control group and comfort nursing care was additionally implemented in the observation group.The stage of labor,mode of delivery,birth outcomes and the degree of satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The first and second stage of labor were significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);the natural birth rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01);the incidence of fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The comfort nursing care can shorten the duration of labor,promote natural delivery and improve the delivery quality and degree of satisfaction.更多还原
