【摘要】 目的:探讨特制腹带及短裤在直肠癌行Miles术患者中的应用效果。方法:将102例直肠癌Miles术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组给予传统腹带固定腹部,穿普通患者长裤;观察组术后用特制腹带固定腹部,穿特制短裤。统计患者术毕清醒回病房的需求情况,比较两组患者对造口护理及会阴护理担心发生率、满意度、造口及会阴护理时间。结果:患者术毕清醒回病房的需求情况:希望立即看到责任护士100例(98.03%),希望从手术室回病房不裸露身体102例(100.00%),担心造口有大便排出污染被褥98例(96.07%),担心骶前引流管和导尿管不易放置90例(88.23%),害怕更换造口袋和会阴护理引起疼痛87例(85.29%),希望医护人员技术水平高83例(81.37%)。观察组患者对造口护理及会阴护理担心发生率、满意度、造口及会阴护理时间均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:特制腹带及短裤在直肠癌行Miles术患者中的应用效果较好,可保护患者隐私,便于护士观察和护理,缩短操作时间,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application effect of special abdominal belt and shorts to rectal cancer patients undergoing Miles operation.Methods:102 rectal cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation and control groups(51 cases in each group) after Miles operation.The conventional abdominal belt was used to fix abdomen of the patients in the control group and the patients wore ordinary patient trousers;the special abdominal belt was used in the observation group and the patients wore special shorts after operation.The patient’s worry for stoma and perineal care,satisfaction and the time of stoma and perineal care were compared between the two groups.Results:100 patients hoped to see responsible nurse immediately when they were sent back to ward(98.03%);102 patients hoped not to have their body bared when they were sent back from operating room to ward(100%);98 patients were worried about pollution of bedding by stool from stoma(96.07%);90 patients were afraid of difficult placement of presacral drainage tube and catheter(88.23%);87 patients feared pain when replacing stoma bag and perineal care was given(85.29%);83 patients expected that doctors and nurses were skillful and experienced(81.37%).The patient’s worry for stoma and perineal care,satisfaction and the time of stoma and perineal care were less and better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The special abdominal belt and shorts have a good application effect,which can shorten operating time and improve patient’s satisfaction.更多还原
