【摘要】 目的:探讨家庭护理健康教育对肾病综合征(NS)出院患儿的影响。方法:将288例NS患儿随机分为干预组196例和对照组92例,对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上给予家庭护理健康教育。比较两组患儿出院后疾病复发情况及遵医服药、复诊依从性。结果:干预组出院后疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.01),遵医服药及复诊依从性高于对照组(P<0.01);干预组出院后复发诱因少于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:家庭护理健康教育可使NS患儿及家长掌握家庭护理知识,提高其出院后治疗依从性,降低疾病复发率,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the impact of health education on family nursing care on the discharged children patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:288 children patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=196) and the control group(n=92).The patients in the control group received routine health education and the patients in the intervention group were given health education on family nursing care based on the routine one.The recurrence of the disease,the compliance of medication and treatment after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results:The recurrence rate of the discharged patients was lower in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.01);the compliance of medication and treatment was better in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.01);the recurrence factors were fewer in the intervention group than the control group after discharge(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The health education on family nursing care can make the children and their parents grasp more knowledge of family nursing care,which can improve their compliance of treatment after discharge,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
