【摘要】 目的:探讨预防性护理干预对妇科经腹手术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)及D-二聚体检测的影响。方法:将600例妇科术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各300例,观察组实施围术期强化血栓的预防性护理措施,对照组采用一般护理措施。结果:观察组发生血栓4例,对照组发生血栓54例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后D-二聚体为(0.37±0.07)mg/L,显著低于对照组(0.90±0.21)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对预防妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of preventive nursing intervention on LDVT and detection of D-dimer in the patients after trans-abdominal gynecologic surgery.Methods:600 patients who underwent gynecologic surgery were randomly divided into the observation and control groups(300 cases in each group).The intensive perioperative preventive nursing measures for postoperative thrombosis was implemented in the observation group and the general nursing measures were taken in the control group.Results:Thrombosis occurred in 4 patients of the observation group and in 54 patients of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);D-dimer(0.37+ 0.07)mg/L was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group(0.90 +0.21)mg/L after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention has the satisfactory effect in the prevention of LDVT after trans-abdominal gynecologic surgery.更多还原
