【摘要】 目的:探讨在麻醉诱导室内进行麻醉诱导对围手术期患儿心理干预的影响效果。方法:将全麻下择期手术的98例患儿随机分为两组各49例,实验组术前1 d由担任该手术的麻醉师和巡回护士对患儿进行术前常规访视,术日患儿在其监护人的陪同下进入麻醉诱导室,家长和其监护人通过语言和行动安抚患儿情绪,麻醉诱导后患儿转入手术室,监护人离去;对照组术日由卫生员直接用轮椅或平车接入手术间,无父母陪伴下进行麻醉诱导。观察两组患儿麻醉诱导前后血压、心率的变化,对麻醉诱导前后患儿表现和麻醉诱导效果进行评估。结果:实验组麻醉诱导后患儿血压、心率低于对照组,实验组患儿安静合作的程度高于对照组,麻醉诱导效果也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在麻醉诱导室内进行麻醉诱导,有利于缓解患儿术前恐惧心理,减轻患儿家属的焦虑情绪,提高麻醉效果,有利于患儿术后康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the impact of anesthesia induction in the induction room on perioperative psychological intervention on children patients.Methods:98 children patients who would have selective operation under general anesthesia were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(49 patients in each group).The anesthetist and nurse going the rounds made a routine visit to the children patients one day before operation in the experimental group and on the day of operation the children patients entered anesthesia induction room accompanied by their guardian,the parents and guardians appeased the children through communication and behavior.And then the children patients who were sent into operating room after anesthesia induction and the guardians left;the children patients in the control group were directly sent into operating room by health workers using a wheelchair or stretcher cart,without anesthesia induction and parents’ accompany.The blood pressure and heart rate changes of the patients were observed in the two groups before and after induction of anesthesia,their behavior and the effect were evaluated before and after induction of anesthesia.Results:The blood pressure and heart rate of the children patients were lower in the experimental group than the control group after induction of anesthesia,and the extent of the quiet and cooperation of the children patients was higher in the experimental group than that of control group.The anesthesia induction effect was better in the experimental group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia induction in the induction room is conducive to easing children’s preoperative fear,relieve parents’ anxiety,improve the anesthetic effect and children’s postoperative rehabilitation.更多还原
