【摘要】 目的:探讨医学营养治疗(MNT)及护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者的影响。方法:将200例GDM患者随机分为观察组与对照组各100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施MNT及护理干预,比较两组血糖控制、孕期体重增长情况及母婴并发症发生率。结果:观察组血糖控制情况优于对照组(P<0.05),体重增长低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组母婴并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对GDM患者给予MNT及护理干预,能有效控制其血糖和体重,最大限度地降低GDM对围生期母婴的不良影响,提高围生期安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of medical nutrition therapy and nursing intervention on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods: 200 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(100 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given medical nutrition therapy and nursing intervention on the basis of the routine,the blood glucose control,weight gain during pregnancy and the incidence of perinatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results: The blood glucose control was better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);body weight growth was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of perinatal complications was lower in the observation group than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The MNT and nursing intervention applied to GDM patients can effectively control the blood glucose and weight,reduces adverse effects maximally and improve the perinatal safety.更多还原
