【摘要】 目的:探讨健康教育对非酒精性脂肪肝患者健康行为及生活质量的影响。方法:对327例非酒精性脂肪肝患者在常规保肝治疗的基础上制定针对性健康教育计划并实施,评价比较健康教育前后本组患者健康行为和生活质量情况。结果:本组健康教育1年后健康行为优于健康教育前(P<0.01),生活质量除躯体疼痛外,其他维度评分均优于健康教育前(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可促进非酒精性脂肪肝患者健康行为的建立,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the impact of health education on the health behavior and quality of life of patients with non alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods: The targeted health education plan was additionally applied to 327 patients with non alcoholic fatty liver disease based on the conventional liver protection treatment,the health behavior and quality of life of the patients were evaluated and compared before and after health education.Results: The health behavior of the patients was better after health education for one year than that before health education(P<0.01);the dimension scores of quality of life except body pain were superior to those before health education(P<0.05).Conclusion: Health education can promote the establishment of health behavior of patients with non alcoholic fatty liver disease and improve their quality of life.更多还原
