【摘要】 目的:探讨病房整体护理规范对职业病患者的影响。方法:对住院的90例职业病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行整体护理干预,比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度。结果:观察组住院时间短、住院费用低、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对职业病患者进行规范性整体护理干预,能明显提高患者的临床疗效,降低医疗纠纷的发生,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of the holistic nursing care of ward on patients with occupational disease.Methods: 90 inpatients with occupational disease were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(45 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the holistic nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group.The hospitalization days,hospitalization expense and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results: The hospitalization days and expense were shorter and less,the patient’s satisfaction was higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The normative holistic nursing intervention applied to the patients with occupational disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce disputes on medical issues and improve the patient’s satisfaction with nursing care.更多还原
