【摘要】 目的:比较三种血液净化方式在尿毒症患者中的应用效果及护理方法。方法:将45例尿毒症患者随机分为A、B、C三组各15例,A组进行血液透析(HD)治疗,B组进行血液透析滤过(HDF)治疗,C组进行组合型人工肾血液透析滤过与血液灌流联合治疗(HDF+HP),比较三组透析前后血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平及皮肤瘙痒、关节疼痛改善情况。结果:B组、C组治疗后血清β2-MG水平低于治疗前(P<0.01),血清β2-MG清除率均优于A组(P<0.01);B组、C组皮肤瘙痒、关节疼痛改善情况优于A组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:在条件允许的情况下,定时进行HDF+HP治疗,可减少长期并发症的发生,提高透析效果和患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the application effect of three kinds of blood purification and nursing methods in the treatment of uremic patients.Methods: 45 uremic patients were randomly divided into group A,B and C(15 patients in each group).The patients in group A were treated with hemodialysis(HD)therapy;the patients in group B were treated with hemodiafiltration(HDF)therapy and the patients in group C were treated with artificial kidney HDF combined with hemoperfusion(HDF+HP)therapy.The level of serum beta 2 microglobulin(beta 2-MG)and the improvement of skin itching and joint pain were compared among the three groups before and after the treatment.Results: The level of beta 2-MG in group B and C was lower after the treatment than those before the treatment(P<0.01);beta 2-MG clearance rate in group B and C was higher than that of group A(P<0.01);the improvement of skin itching and joint pain in group B and C was better than group A(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: If the conditions are available,regular HDF+HP treatment can reduce the long-term complications and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.更多还原
