【摘要】 目的:探讨术前护理干预对子宫切除患者术前焦虑及术后身体恢复的影响。方法:将62例择期手术患者随机分为对照组32例和观察组30例,对照组接受所在病区常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上给予术前护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后术前焦虑自评量表评定(SAS)及与术后身体恢复的各项指标。结果:观察组术前晚间SAS评分及术后刀口疼痛强度显著低于对照组,术后首次下床活动时间和首次肠道排气时间也显著提前(P<0.05)。结论:术前护理干预能有效缓解患者术前焦虑,加速术后身体恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of preoperative nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety and postoperative recovery of the patients undergoing hysterectomy.Methods:62 patients undergoing selective operation were randomly divided into a control group(n=32) and an observation group(n=30).The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention in the ward and the patients in the observation group were given extra preoperative nursing intervention based on the routine one.The indicators of preoperative Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The preoperative SAS scores at night and postoperative incision pain was significantly lower and the first time of ambulation and anal exsufflation was earlier in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preoperative nursing intervention can effectively relieve the patient’s preoperative anxiety and accelerate postoperative recovery.更多还原
