【摘要】 目的:探讨一次性氧气湿化装置(聚四氟乙烯过滤膜式)在老年科患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法:将210例老年科氧疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组各105例,实验组使用YYSLP-C型一次性氧气湿化装置(聚四氟乙烯过滤膜式)氧气输送装置,对照组使用传统塑料瓶氧气湿化装置。观察比较两组24 h、72 h、5 d细菌培养合格率及湿化噪音主观感受。结果:实验组24 h、72 h、5 d细菌培养合格率及湿化噪音主观感受均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:新型一次性氧气湿化装置能减少老年科氧疗患者发生院内呼吸道感染的风险,且无噪音,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application method and clinical effect of the disposable oxygen humidifying device(PTFE membrane filters) in elderly patients of geriatric department.Methods: 210 elderly patients with oxygen therapy were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(105 cases in each group).The YYSLP-C oxygen conveying device with oxygen humidifying device(PTFE membrane filters) was used in the experimental group,the traditional oxygen humidifying device with plastic bottle was used in the control group.The qualified rate of the device by bacterial culture respectively in 24 hours,72 hours and 5 days and the patient’s subjective sensation on the humidification noise of the device were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: The qualified rate of the device by bacterial culture and the patient’s subjective sensation on the humidification noise of the device were higher and better in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: The application of the disposable oxygen humidifying device can reduce the risk of nosocomial respiratory tract infection in elderly patients with oxygen therapy and the device has less noise.更多还原
