【摘要】 目的评估经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的疗效。方法 2007年8月—2010年4月因盆腔器官脱垂行经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术患者37例,分别于术后1、3、6、12个月各随访1次。然后每年随访1次,盆腔器官脱垂定量评价系统(POP-Q)评分≤Ⅰ度为治愈。结果 37例手术患者中36例(97.3%)治愈,其中7例患者术后有会阴部疼痛及臀部不适;术后1例复发,复发率为2.7%。结论经阴道骶棘韧带悬吊术治疗盆腔器官脱垂安全且效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of vaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension in patients with pelvic organ prolapse.Methods 37 patients with pelvic organ prolapse underwent vaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension from August 2007 to April 2010 were involved into the study.The patients were followed up 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation.And then the patients were followed up once every year.Patients with POP-Q(pelvic organ prolapse quantification)equal or less than stage Ⅰ were regarded as cured.Results 36 out of the 37 patients were cured(97.3%),among which seven cases had pain in private parts and discomfort in hip.One case recurred after operation and the recurring rate was 2.7%.Conclusion Vaginal sacrospinous ligament suspension is a safe and effective method for pelvic organ prolapse.更多还原
