【摘要】 目的探讨疾控工作进社区发挥指导作用对社区卫生服务机构社会效益与经济效益的影响作用。方法对干预组社区卫生服务机构采取各级疾控部门有组织、有计划进社区,实施基本公共卫生服务专业培训、业务指导、监督与考核,拓展社区公共卫生服务项目,提高综合服务能力。对照分析干预组与对照组开展的工作项目种类、门诊量、年慢性病门诊量和年总收入等的差异。结果干预组较对照组多开展3项8种管理服务工作,开展儿保、妇保工作的机构由部分扩展到全部。居民对社区卫生服务机构利用度较干预前有明显的提高,居民对社区卫生服务的不满意度由干预前的8.9%下降到1.1%。门诊量增加,年总收入增幅为496.5%,高于对照组的147.3%;年平均慢性病门诊量平均增幅为145.2%,高于对照组的26.0%。结论全面落实疾控工作进社区,对社区卫生服务机构的社会、经济效益具有显著的提升作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the social and economic benefits of disease control program in community health service.Methods Disease control personnel delivered training sessions to the community healthcare staff on public health service,and offered professional guidance,supervision,and evaluation.The number of service items,outpatient capacity,and annual chronic disease outpatient capacity,as well as gross annual revenue were compared between the two groups.Results Eight types(belonging to three categories) of services were provided by community health organizations in the intervention group than those in the control group.In the intervention group,the number of community health organizations that carried out children′s health care and women′s health care expanded from several to all;residents′ dissatisfaction rate about the community health service declined from 8.9% to 1.1%;outpatient capacity increased,and gross annual revenue increased by 496.5% compared with the control group′s 147.3%;and the annual chronic disease outpatient capacity increased by 145.2% compared with the control group′s 26.0%.Conclusion The introduction of disease control program into community health service can bring social and economic benefits to the community health organizations.更多还原
