【摘要】 目的探讨肝囊腺瘤的彩超诊断价值。方法选取2005年1月—2010年2月我院收治的5例巨大肝囊腺瘤患者,对其彩超诊断声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果彩超检查肝囊腺瘤有特殊表现,形态不规则,有完整包膜,无回声区内可见密集或散在的细小点状回声,有分隔,附壁可见一个或多个大小不一的形态不规则的实性乳头状回声,有蒂与囊壁相连,可与单纯性肝囊肿、多囊肝、肝脓肿等鉴别。结论彩超有助于诊断肝囊腺瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing hepatic cystadenoma. Methods 5 giant liver cystadenoma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to February 2010 were selected to the study,and the sonographic features of their color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Under color Doppler,the liver cystadenoma has special performance with irregular shape and intact membrane.Dense and scattered echogenic dots can be seen in echo free area with partitions in between.Solid and papillary echo can be seen on the partition wall,and the echo is connected with cystic wall,making it different from simple hepatic cysts,polycystic liver and liver abscess. Conclusion Ultrasonography is helpful in the diagnosis of liver tumor.更多还原
