【摘要】 目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我管理水平的现状与影响因素。方法以多阶段分层整群抽样的方式抽取湖南省3个地区9家医院的450例COPD患者作为研究对象,使用自编的COPD患者自我管理量表进行调查。结果 COPD患者自我管理平均得分为(152.52±28.71)分,得分受经济负担、文化程度及病程的影响。结论 COPD患者自我管理水平一般,其影响因素有经济负担、文化程度及病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of self-management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and the influential factors.Methods The multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to obtain the sample in Hunan Province,and 450 participants of 9 hospitals in 3 cities were recruited.Self-Management Scale(SMS) for patients with COPD edited by ourselves were used to collect the data.Results The average SMS score of patients with COPD was(152.52±28.71).And the influential factors were economic burden,education level and course of disease.Conclusion The self-management level of patients with COPD is not so bad,and its influential factors are economic burden,education level and course of disease.更多还原
