【摘要】 目的了解北京市社区卫生服务中心的医生对传染病防治知识的认知情况,为探索传染病社区卫生服务管理模式提供基础信息。方法 2009年在北京市东城、西城、朝阳、顺义区四大城区中,选取40家社区卫生服务中心作为研究现场,以简单随机抽样方法在各社区卫生服务中心各抽取5名社区医生,进行传染病防治相关知识的问卷调查。共有192名医生完成调查问卷。结果社区卫生服务中心医生对传染病防治的9个问题的平均回答正确率仅为48.5%。社区医生在传染病防治知识9个问题的回答中,回答正确7个及以上者仅为6.3%,合格率为45.9%。不同城区、性别、文化程度、职称、专业、从业年限的医生,对传染病防治知识的认知间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。社区医生对传染病管理知识的回答正确率(56.28%)高于对传染病专业知识的回答正确率(33.04%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京市社区卫生服务中心医生对传染病防治知识的认知情况普遍较差;需加强社区医生传染病防治相关知识的培训,尤其是传染病专业知识方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the knowledge of community doctors in Beijing about infectious disease control(IDC). Methods A total of 40 community health service centers were selected from Dongcheng,Xicheng,Chaoyang and Shunyi Districts in Beijing in 2009.Five community doctors were chosen from each center using simple random sampling to fill out questionnaires on IDC,and 192 community doctors finished the questionnaire. Results The average accuracy rate of the answers to the nine questionnaire items by the community doctors was merely 48.5%.About 6.3% of the community doctors had seven or more answers correct,and 45.9% of them had six or more answers correct.There was no significant difference in knowledge about IDC among community doctors from different districts,with different genders,educational levels,professional titles,specialties or work experiences(P>0.05).Accuracy rate of answers to items about infectious disease management(56.28%)was higher than that regarding specialized knowledge(33.04%,P<0.05). Conclusion Community doctors in Beijing generally have poor knowledge about IDC,therefore need related training with emphasis on specialized knowledge about infectious disease.更多还原
