穿孔阳极在铝电解槽上的应用试验
The industry test of perforated anodes in aluminium reduction cells
【摘要】 从阳极极距模型出发,分析了降低阳极气泡层的方法,提出并设计了穿孔阳极。通过在3台168kA普通平底电解槽上试验,获得了槽平均电压3.777V,电流效率91.85%,比对比槽提高0.70%,工艺直流电耗12252kWh/t-Al,比对比槽降低634kWh/t-Al的效果;在30台168kA普通平底电解槽上试验,也获得了槽平均电压3.786V,电流效率91.447%,工艺直流电耗12337kWh/t-Al的效果。
【Abstract】 From the model of an anode polar distance,the method of reducing bubbles layer was analyzed,and the perforated anodes were proposed and designed.After testing on 3 sets of 168kA normal cells with flat bottom,the results showed that the average voltage was 3.77V,the current efficiency was 91.85% and 0.70% higher than compared cells,the DC current consumption was 12252kWh/t-Al and 634kWh/t-Al lower than the compared cells.After testing on 30 sets of 168kA normal cells with flat bottom,the results showed that the cell average voltage was 3.786V,the current efficiency was 91.44%,and the DC current consumption was 12337kWh/t-Al.
