硝酸预处理生焦制备无粘结剂炭材料的研究
Research on preparation of binderless carbon materials with green coke preprocessed by nitric acid
【摘要】 采用不同浓度的硝酸处理生焦粉末,然后在150MPa下成型、经1000℃焙烧,制得体积密度为1.61g/cm3、抗压强度为82.3MPa、抗折强度为40.2MPa、电阻率为62μΩm的无粘结剂炭样品。通过样品的扫描电镜图以及热分析,并引入R值分析得出:硝酸处理生焦,会引入一定量的氧、氮原子,使低分子碳氢化合物熔融组分含量适宜,提高了生焦的自烧结性。
【Abstract】 The binder-less carbon samples which obtained the volume density of 1.61g/cm3,compressive strength of 82.3MPa,the flexural strength of 40.2MPa and the resistivity of 62μΩm were prepared with green coke powders pretreated by different concentrations of nitric acid.Then they were moulded under 150MPa and calcined at 1000 ℃.By means of SEM and thermal analysis and introducing R-value,it was concluded that a certain amount of oxygen and nitrogen atoms were introduced to the coke by nitric acid treatment,which would improve the self-sinterability of the pretreated coke ascribing to its melting components consisting of suitable part of low molecular weight hydrocarbon.
