【摘要】 目的探讨短时受精在体外受精胚胎移植中的应用。方法 360个体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期按精卵共孵育时间分为短时受精IVF和过夜受精IVF,比较两组的治疗结局。结果短时受精IVF与过夜受精IVF的年龄、不孕年限、平均获卵数、受精率、多精受精率、卵裂率、优胚率、流产率无统计学差异(P>0.05);短时受精的妊娠率和着床率高于过夜受精,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论短时受精能提高妊娠率,明显改善临床结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of short-time insemination in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Methods 360 IVF-ET cycles were divided into short-time insemination group and over-night insemination group according to the time of incubation,to compare the treatment outcome between two groups.Results There was no statistically difference between two groups in the age,duration of infertility,the mean number of oocytes,fertilization rate,polyspermous fertilization rate,cleavage rate,high quality embryos rate and abortion rate(P>0.05);The pregnancy rate and implantation rate in short-time insemination group were significantly higher than those in over-night insemination group(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-time insemination can increase pregnancy rate and improve the clinical outcomes.更多还原
