沙棘总黄酮对血管性痴呆模型大鼠行为学和血液流变学的影响

【摘要】 目的观察沙棘总黄酮(TFH)对血管性痴呆(VD)模型大鼠行为学和血液流变学的影响。方法①采用改进的"高脂血症血管性痴呆"法进行造模。②利用Morris水迷宫对模型大鼠进行行为学测试。③取血检测相关血液流变学指标。结果①定位航行实验:各组和假手术组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、实验组(中、高剂量组)与模型组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②空间探索实验:各组与假手术组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);假手术组、对照组、实验组(中、高剂量组)与模型组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③血流变学:对照组、实验组与假手术组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、实验组与模型组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙棘总黄酮能改善血管性痴呆模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,且能改善全血黏度及血浆黏度。

【Abstract】 objective To observe the effects of Total Flavones Hippophae(TFH) on behavior and blood rheology of vascular dementia(VD) in rats.Methods ①Using the improved "hyperlipidemia vascular dementia" to make vascular dementia model.②Using the Morris water maze on the model rats to test the behavior.③Testing blood rheology of rats.Results ①Place navigation test:Comparison groups with sham operation group showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared the control group and the experimental group(middle,high dose group) with the model group have shown statistical significance(P<0.05).②Space navigation test: compared groups with sham operation group have shown statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared the sham operation group,the control group and the experimental group(middle,high dose group)with the model group have shown statistical significance(P<0.05).③blood rheology:Compared the control group and the experimental group with sham operation group have shown statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared the control group and the experimental group with the model group have shown statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Total Flavones Hippophae can improve the learning and memory ability of VD rats and can improve the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity.
