基于模糊逻辑的γ能谱核素识别
Fuzzy logic based nuclide identification for γ ray spectra
【摘要】 针对复杂γ能谱解析提出了一种基于模糊逻辑的特征峰判断及核素识别方法。该方法利用寻峰过程获得的多方位峰信息,通过模糊规则对各类峰进行准确分类,提取出其中的γ特征峰;在核素识别环节,从核素出发使用最显著特征峰进行初步筛选,根据特征峰数量对核素进行分类识别,并借助模糊隶属函数计算核素置信度。该方法通过了HPGe探测器实测能谱的测试,并与2套成熟算法的处理结果进行了对比,在识别效率与准确性上均体现出较好的效果。
【Abstract】 A fuzzy logic based algorithm for characteristic peak discrimination and nuclide identification was developed for complex γ ray spectra analyses.Various types of peaks are classified using fuzzy rules.A preliminary filtering process is used to improve the identification efficiency,with the recognition results presented in the form of a nuclide confidence estimated from the fuzzy membership function.This algorithm was validated using γ ray spectra from HPGe detectors.The results show that this algorithm is more efficient and accurate than two other sophisticated algorithms.
