铝-镁-硅-铜合金板材不同预时效制度的织构及性能研究

【摘要】 利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术分析研究了预时效对铝-镁-硅-铜合金板材的拉伸性能、成形性能及织构的影响。结果表明,试样经150℃预时效处理30 min后,强度比没有经预时效处理的试样明显提高;成形性能略有提高。试样经150℃预时效处理5 min后,综合性能最好。当试样中形变织构与再结晶织构之比最大时(经过150℃预时效处理30 min的试样),试样的成形性能最差;当试样中形变织构与再结晶织构之比最小时(经过150℃预时效处理5 min的试样),试样的成形性能最好。

【Abstract】 The effect of pre-aging on tensile strength, reforming and microstructure of Al-Mg-Si-Cu aluminum alloy sheets have been investigated with electron back scattering diffrac-tion (EBSD) technique. The results show that the tensile strength of samples has been im-proved obviously and the reforming performance has been increased lightly while the samplesbeing aged at 150℃ with 30 min holding. The comprehensive properties can reach to the bestwhile the samples being pre-aged at 150℃ with 5 min holding. The forming property of thesamples can be the worst while the samples being pre-aged at 150℃ with 30 min holding andthe ratio of deformation structure to crystal structure reaches to the biggest. The forming prop-erty can be the best while the samples being aged at 150℃ with 5 min holding and the ratioof deformation structure to crystal structure reaches to the smallest.
