针对某SUV车型安全气囊的试验和仿真改进

【摘要】 提出了一种测试汽车安全气囊工作性能的头锤跌落静态起爆试验方法,利用该方法测试了某 SUV 的驾驶员侧安全气囊的工作性能。建立了该安全气囊的 CAE 模型,基于验证后的模型,进行了正交仿真试验设计和计算,改进了该安全气囊的气体发生器特性、气袋拉带、气袋直径、排气孔直径和位置。台车试验结果表明,改进后的假人头部3 ms 合成加速度值降至约 50 g,HIC 值也降低了 35%。

【Abstract】 The headform drop test method is proposed in this paper. The working performance of the driver side airbag of a production SUV was studied by the static airbag deployment test and the headform drop test. The CAE model of the airbag was developed. Based on this model, the orthogonal experimental design and computational simulation were conducted. The gas generator performance, the straps and the size of the airbag, the diameter and position of the exhaust hole were optimized. The sled test results show that the peak value of the resultant acceleration on a dummy’s head has dropped to 50g, and HIC value also decreases by 35%.
