CAE技术在汽车密封件设计中的应用
The Application of CAE Technique in the Design of Automotive Weatherstrip Seals
【摘要】 概括了汽车密封条设计分析中的高度非线性问题,在此基础上,归纳总结了模拟密封条材料的材料本构模型、基础材料试验及配套试验装置的发展,探讨了材料模型的选用依据,并分析了Mullins效应、摩擦效应等关键问题对材料试验和模拟分析结果的影响。结合大型非线性有限元分析软件,考察了现有CAE技术在评定汽车密封件实际工作性能上的具体应用。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the highly nonlinear problems existing in the structural analysis and design of weatherstrip seals.On this basis,material constitutive models that effectively simulate the material of weather strip seals,together with the development of basic material tests and supporting test equipment,are summed up.Rules to select appropriate material models and the impact of some key issues such as the Mullins and Friction Effect on material tests and simulation analysis are fully discussed and analyzed.Combined with large-scale nonlinear finite element software,this study examines the specific application of the existing CAE technique in evaluating the actual performance of weatherstrip seals.
