汽车产品协同开发的E-learning行为演化的模拟
Simulation on E-learning Behavior Evolution in Automotive Products Collaborative Development
【摘要】 首先从个体和群体特征两方面分析汽车产品协同开发的E-learning行为的影响因素;接着根据组织行为学相关理论,将参与汽车产品协同开发E-learning的员工个体特征与企业群体特征视为相互影响的动态过程,建立适应动态变化模拟的状态变量和作用规则。最后,采用C++语言编写模拟程序,并通过举例进行有效性验证。结果表明,所开发的程序能够表达互动行为的模型,和模拟不同状态下参与汽车产品协同开发E-learning员工的行为演化。
【Abstract】 Firstly the affecting factors of E-learning behavior in automotive products collaborative development are analyzed.Then according to the related theory of organizational behavioral science,the individual characteristics of employees and the group characteristics of the enterprise participating in E-leaning of automotive products collaborative development are regarded as dynamic interactive process,and the state variables and action rules adapted to dynamic change simulation are established.Finally the simulation program is developed with C + + language with its effectiveness verified by examples.The results show that the program can represent the model of interaction and simulate the E-learning behavior evolution of employees involved in automotive products collaborative development in different states.
