【摘要】 网络舆情不等于网络暴力,但网络舆情的发展往往受到网络暴力因素的影响,并带有网络暴力倾向。本文从讨论网络舆情内涵的角度出发,通过分析网络舆情中存在的暴力倾向,从网络心理及网络人格形成机理的角度,结合网络环境及网络人群的复杂性特征,解释了网络暴力倾向存在的原因。针对网络舆情可能形成暴力倾向的事实,提出了在舆情应对中要重视蝴蝶效应和沉默的螺旋效应,充分运用微博等自媒体平台,合理利用网络工具,避免蝴蝶效应的发生。从对策研究的角度,提出了沉默的螺旋效应的抑制消减理论及具体的"管"、"控"结合的舆情应对措施,以达到有效化解网络舆情,避免网络舆情暴力倾向的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internet public opinion is not equal to the internet violence.However,the development of the internet public opinion often involve the influence of internet violence factors,and has the violent tendency.From the perspective of discussing the connotation of internet public opinion,through analyzing the violent tendency existing in internet public opinion,combined with the internet environment and the complexity of the internet users’ characteristics,this paper explains the reasons for the existence of internet violent tendency from the angles of the internet psychology and the internet personality formation mechanism.In view of the fact that violent tendency being the possible result of internet public opinion,this paper puts forward that we should emphasize the butterfly effect and the spiral of silence effect in handling public opinion,and make full use of new media platforms,use internet tools reasonably to avoid the butterfly effect.For adoptable countermeasures,this paper puts forward the spiral of silence effect inhibited and cut theory,and comes up with specific measures including dredging and controlling to effectively solve the internet public opinion problem and avoid its violent tendency.更多还原
