【摘要】 高校突发事件网络舆情的管理关系到高校教学乃至社会发展的稳定。在界定高校突发事件网络舆情的基础上,运用热力学熵理论,结合网络舆情演化过程的基本特征,构建了基于熵理论的高校突发事件网络舆情五力模型,阐述了高校网络舆情系统内部五种力量的相互作用及其在高校突发事件网络舆情演化过程中对熵值变化产生的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of network public opinion on university emergency has relationship with college teaching and even the stability of social development.On the basis of defining network public opinion on university emergency,the paper adopts entropy theory in the thermodynamic field,combines with the basic characteristics of the evolution process of the network public opinion,and constructs five forces model of university emergency network public opinion based on entropy theory.In this model,the paper expounds the interaction of five forces within the university network public opinion system,and their impacts on the entropy change in the evolution process of network public opinion on university emergency.更多还原
